The Omakase of charcuterie

The tasting room is private setting in which each guest will be treated to an array of delightful meats from all different cuts and flavors that culminate in the first ham-based omakase experience in Hong Kong. This will be experience driven with each piece being introduced to our esteemed guests with a story as well as the origin of each piece and how it came to be as it is. The tasting menu will include up to 15 different pieces along with pairings of wine and/or cocktails arranged by local sommeliers and bartenders.

Please be aware that the maximum number of guest is limited to 6 pax. If your group is smaller, you may be paired up with another group to fill the guest list.
