Wagyu Bresaola
Traditional Bresaola made with a little extra love. Sourced from Wagyu from Australia, the Wagyu Bresaola has the familiar charms of what you’re used to but a little more richness from the extra fat that prevents the final product from being too dry. There are two flavours to choose from: Coffee Cured or Chipotle Chilli.
The coffee cure with a blend of charcoal filtered coffee to add an extra robustness to the Australian Wagyu beef, this is a flavor snatcher that pairs well with heavier drinks as well as cigars and yet light enough to tickle the tongue by itself. Aged for 3 months to improve upon the earthiness of flavor mixed during the curing process, the final product presents itself with a mixture of nuttiness and sweetness that allows itself to be eaten as an aperitif or as a night cap.
Chipotle Chili, on the other hand, is a much more savory delight with the smokiness of chipotle chili to create a bit more of a spin on an otherwise traditional piece. You’ll find yourself hard pressed not to finish all of this in one sitting.
